The short version. ChartPro describes what a chart has already done. It is an educational tool, not investment advice, and it does not predict prices. You are responsible for your own decisions.
These terms are between you and ASGILAB ("we", "us"), who operate ChartPro at chartpro.app. By using ChartPro or making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ChartPro reads a chart you upload or a ticker you type, and computes support and resistance levels, patterns and momentum from the instrument's price history. It is provided for education and information.
Nothing in ChartPro is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell anything. We do not predict what price will do next. Levels, patterns and readings describe past price behaviour and can be wrong or misleading. Trading and investing carry a risk of loss, including the loss of everything you put in. Decide for yourself, and speak to a licensed adviser if you need advice.
Price data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Reading a chart from a screenshot depends on the label being legible. We do not promise that data or results are accurate, complete or available at any particular moment.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. You are responsible for using ChartPro lawfully where you are.
There are no accounts or passwords. Your purchase is tied to the email you give at checkout, and entering that email on the purchase screen restores it. Keep that address secure: anyone who enters it can restore your purchase.
Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record and handle tax and receipts. Prices are shown before you pay. To cancel Annual, email us; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Do not misuse ChartPro: no scraping or bulk automated requests, no attempts to bypass payment or usage limits, no interfering with the service, and no using it to break the law. We may limit or suspend access that harms the service or other people.
ChartPro, its design and its software belong to us. You may use it for your own personal use. The charts and figures you generate for yourself you may keep and share, as long as you do not present them as investment advice from us.
ChartPro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, trading loss, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of ChartPro or your reliance on it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using ChartPro at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. If we permanently shut ChartPro down, we will give reasonable notice on this site.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the update. If a change is material to something you have already paid for, we will say so on the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes, unless a mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
