ChartPro reads a chart — a screenshot you upload, or a ticker you type — and computes support and resistance levels, patterns and momentum from the instrument's actual price history. The levels come from real bars, not from a model guessing at a picture.
Upload a screenshot of any chart. The image is sent once so a model can read the ticker and timeframe printed on it. Only that label comes out of this step; every level and number you see afterwards is computed from the instrument's real price data, never from anything the model "saw" in the picture. A scan costs one credit, and only when the read succeeds — if it errors or times out, nothing is deducted.
Tap Change symbol on the error screen, or use TYPE A TICKER from the home screen and search by name or ticker. Real company search lists actual matches — Reliance Industries on the NSE and Reliance Steel & Aluminum on the NYSE are different companies that happen to share a name, and ChartPro will never silently pick one for you.
Make sure the ticker and timeframe are visible near the top of the image, crop out browser tabs and toolbars, and use a straight-on screenshot rather than an angled photo. If a scan fails you can always type the ticker instead, which never uses a credit.
ChartPro fetches real, current price history for the instrument before computing anything, and that step needs a connection. There is no cached or simulated data standing in for the real thing.
Options data covers US-listed equities and ETFs only in this version — Reliance, the Nifty, and other non-US instruments will not show an options entry point. This is a stated limitation, not a bug: there is no honest free options feed for every market yet, and ChartPro would rather leave the button off the screen than show you a partial or unreliable chain.
That happens when the option has no usable live price — no real bid, ask, or last trade to compute from. ChartPro never fabricates a Greek from a missing quote; the dash means "no data," not "zero."
If you only ever purchased credits and they run out, you will be asked to pick a plan or add more to keep using the app.
There are no accounts or passwords. On the purchase screen, enter the same email you used at checkout and tap Restore purchases. That is all it takes on a new browser or device.
Email us from the address you purchased with and we will cancel it. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Lifetime and credit packs are one-time payments and have nothing to cancel.
