Panel Files collects no personal data. None at all.
Panel has no account, no sign-up and no server of its own. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to be transmitted to.
Panel can only see folders you explicitly choose using the iOS document picker. Until you pick one, the app has access to nothing.
Those files are read on your device, to display and manage them. They are never uploaded, copied off the device, indexed remotely, or examined for their contents by us. When you remove a location from Panel, the app's access to it ends.
All of this lives on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
When you delete something in Panel it is moved to a folder named
Panel Recently Deleted inside that same location, so you can
restore it. Those files remain your own storage and are never sent anywhere.
Emptying Recently Deleted removes them permanently.
Panel Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system, and subscription status is managed by RevenueCat on our behalf. We receive an anonymous identifier and whether a purchase is active — never your name, email, or payment details. Apple handles all payment information and never shares it with us.

There are none. Panel contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. It does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.
Panel is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Since Panel collects nothing, any change would be to add clarity rather than to widen collection.
