within two business days. It helps to include your iOS version and what you were doing
when the problem happened.
On first launch the app asks for your first name, birth date and birth city. That is all it needs to calculate your chart and start telling you what to wear. There is no account and no sign-up.
Yes, and it is designed for exactly that. The birth time field is hidden by default and entirely optional. Without it you still get your colours, metals, daily timing and everything else — the only thing the app cannot work out is your rising sign, and rather than guess, it simply does not claim one.
If you do find your birth time later (it is usually on a birth certificate), you can add it from Settings. Don't guess: a wrong time is worse than none.
Because the sky does. The app recalculates from the actual positions of the planets against your birth chart, so a Tuesday under a Gemini Moon gives a different answer from a Friday under a Taurus one. Tap any recommendation to see the reasoning behind it.
Scroll down on the Today screen to Thinking of something else? Tap any colour and the app gives you a straight verdict on it — best, works, neutral or avoid — with the reason. There is also a full spectrum picker, so you can find the exact shade of something you own rather than choosing from a fixed list.
No. The app never uses your camera or your photo library. You save a piece by giving it a name, a colour and a category — about three taps. That keeps it quick and means none of your photographs are involved.
Almost nothing, which is why it is optional and hidden. Saving someone needs only their birth date, because that is enough to place their Sun, Venus and Mars — which is what the styling read uses. Nobody knows their manager's birth time, so the app does not ask for it.
The free version keeps your daily colours and metal, and the closet is free to build.
Open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so this also recovers your subscription on a new phone or after reinstalling. If it still does not unlock, email us and include the Apple ID email you purchased with.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fashion Astrology. Cancelling there stops the renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Everything is stored on the device and nothing is uploaded, so a new phone starts fresh. Your subscription comes back with Restore purchases, but your birth details and closet need re-entering. We are looking at iCloud sync for a future version.
Deleting the app removes everything, because there is nowhere else for it to be. You can also clear your birth details from Settings → Your data → Start over, and remove individual wardrobe items or saved people from their own screens.
